I recently went to Growell’s in kandivli, Mumbai and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I didn’t want to use any particular shop as the back drop for my pictures so I used the space of the mall in totality.
Growell’s to be honest is a beautiful mall. If you plan to shoot there, go on a Monday or Tuesday afternoon as it would be empty and choose some colorful clothes. The mall has an old world feel to it so your colorful outfit would stand out in deep contrast to the ambience of the mall. Choice of outfit is a personal decision ofcourse but I would choose something very comfortable as in a pair of shorts, a top and a shrug or a jacket. A pair of black boots ( from Street style store) would complete my look. Casuals would be my look for any mall outing you could say!
The mall has many small shops with good seating places so you can take lots of pictures while enjoying your cup of coffee or chilling beside a toy train!
When you are at a mall, you often wonder where and how to get some really classy pictures. I am posting some of my pictures taken at Growell’s while spending the entire day there..just enjoying myself, exploring the ambience and taking some interesting pictures.
