Denim shorts, crop top or a top and a shrug with boots or tie up lace shoes are my favourite when it comes to “just dressing up casually”. Owning a good pair of shorts is a must as it takes care of comfort and style. I usually choose colorful tops as they look superb over a pair of shorts.
Another way of dressing would be to wear an oversized top or shirt over a pair of shorts. The loose baggy full sleeve top also make a good fashion statement if worn over shorts.
